Flight listing policy
OAL staff flying on AT for ZED travel can do the listing either upon check-in on the date of flight or when booking the flight as SA (Seat Available).
The ticket number is a must at check-in.
If the booking flight is as Open SA, staff flying on AT for ZED should be listed before going to the check-in counter to avoid any issues, via AT sales offices or via AT call center : 00 212 522 489 797
Visas and Passports
Travelling staff/family should ensure that they hold a valid passport and relevant visas for their intended destination and/or scheduled points en route, incase off-loading becomes necessary.
In the absence of valid passport / visas, staff passengers may be denied boarding.
Embargoes
RAM doesn’t generally impose embargoes but staff travelers are reminded that flights in peak seasons are often full.
Staff travelling on AT flights should check with their own staff travel office for information on any staff travel embargoes on AT flights.
Embargoes may be set on Business Class to flights to the Americas
Flights excluded
All Code-share and Charter flights are excluded.
Flights included
All flights leased by AT from other carriers, especially from the regional subsidiary RAM Express (RXP), are eligible.
Check-in
Check-in for international flights is 2 hours (3 hours for long-haul flights) before the scheduled time of departure (off-peak), and 3 (or 4 hours for long-haul flights) hours before in peak periods (school holidays, etc.).
Check-in closes 60 minutes before departure time.
Travelling staff must have all the necessary immigration and sanitary documents required for the country of destination.
Trough check-in
When planning your trip, please ensure you leave yourself enough time to land and check-in again at any intermediate point.
Baggage policy
In the cabin, you are entitled to one piece of hand luggage, weighing no more than 10kg and the sum of the three dimensions not exceeding 115cm.
Laptops are permitted and are not considered as hand baggage.
If, for reasons of space inside the cabin, your hand luggage is taken away during boarding, it will be placed in the hold and a receipt will be given to you.
On flights departing from the EU or connections in Europe, liquids taken on board are now subject to restrictions.
The baggage allowance will apply on all flights operated by Royal Air Morocco according to the standard rule of « Piece Concept » that defines the baggage allowance and the maximum weight of each.This means that each adult passenger can check-in one or two pieces of baggage depending on the travel destination.
Baggage over 32Kgs of which the sum of the three dimensions is greater than 203 cm must be taken to the freight service.
Ticketing
Travelling Staff have to purchase all tickets they are likely to require for the entire journey before departure by their employing carriers. AT will not issue ZED tickets for interliners.
Refunds
For tickets issued on AT 147 stock, please ensure you cancel your booking prior to travel otherwise you may have to wait up to 7 days before you can apply for a refund via Myidtravel by clicking on the ticket number.
We expect full refunds to be credited to your account within 7-10 days ( depending on your bank).
Partial refunds or any that need to be actioned offline will usually be credited to you account within 4 weeks or more of submitting the refund.
Refund of the differential fare when downloaded from business to Economy class is not possible
Unaccompanied minors (UM)
Complying with ZED rules, AT will not accept unaccompanied minors for interline travel.
Dress code
Travelling Staff are asked to always wear clothing that is clean and neat.
Clothing may not be offensive or distracting to other passengers. This means clothing that’s overly revealing, vulgar, or violates community standards of decency.
