Notices

  • Affected by weather conditions, runway maintenance and the ongoing Russo-Ukrainian conflict, flights to/from Europe/or North America occasional payload reductions may be required. All R2 standby travel may be limited and restricted even there are seats available. Therefore, preparing the backup plan would be suggested if you will ZED travel on BR flight departing from above stations.

  • Flight listing does not guarantee that an embargo does not exist. Passengers are responsible for checking embargos on BR flights before travel via flyzed.com or your own staff travel office for information.

Flight listing policy and procedures

  • Flight listing is required for all space-available ( "Standby" or "Subload") Travel. Passenger without a flight listing will be denied check-in.
  • Flight listings must be made at least 6 hours before flight departure.
  • To list:
    - If you purchased your ZED ticket through myIDTravel and your ticket number begins with 695(EVA Air ticket stock), a listing is made automatically at the time the ticket is issued. No further action is necessary.
    - If you purchased your ZED ticket from your airline directly (ticket number does not begin with 695), you must still create a listing through EVA AIR Call Center directly. Please refer to www.evaair.com for the contact phone number of BR reservation offices.
  • Listing in "N" class is required.

Refund

  • Refund request can be accepted only in myIDTravel.com within one year from the day of ticket issuance.  
  • Refund payment will be made only to the same credit card account used to purchase the tickets. 
  • The myIDTravel coupon fee will only be refunded for a totally unused ticket. 
  • To inquire about the refund status for partially used tickets, please access the Travel History function on myIDTravel. Once ticket refunds have been processed, the refund status will appear in the Notice box.
  • The refund process takes up to 8 weeks after submitting refund request via myIDTravel. Please note that the refund may not immediately reflect on your statement, as it depends on the billing cycle of the credit card company.

Visas and Passports and API

  • Passengers must possess valid tickets and proper travel documents (including valid visas/entry permit if required)for all countries to or via which they travel, unless an exemption to that effect is granted by the country authorities.
  • Passports must be valid for at least 6 months, while visa and/or entry permit must be valid for the period of stay or beyond depending on the regulations of the country concerned.
  • Failure to comply with the standard requirement may result in problems with passenger processing and refusal for entry.

Check-in procedures

EVA AIR App allows and encourages all employees and their family members to check in from 3 hours to 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. For more information about the EVA AIR App, please refer to: Mobile - EVA Air | 台灣 Taiwan (English) 

If you want to change or cancel the trip, regardless of whether a seat has been obtained, please log in EVA AIR App and must cancel check-in at least 1 hour before departure.

For any check-in failure scenario, please refer to FAQ detail - EVA Air | 台灣 Taiwan (English).

  • For all BR flights departing from Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE).
    • Check in via the EVA Air App 3 hours to 80 minutes before departure is encouraged, using the passport scanning feature to prevent data input errors.
    • If you have received seat via the APP:
      1. Download e-boarding pass and use it for immigration and boarding process.
      2. Proceed to the self-service baggage drop system at Terminal 2, counter 16 or 17, to check in your luggage. During peak hours (05:00L–09:00L) or when the self-service baggage drop is unavailable, you can also check in your luggage at “Check-in” or “Bag Drop” counters. If you have no bags to check in, please arrive at the boarding gate no later than 30 minutes prior to departure to have your travel documents inspected by our staff.
    • If you fail to obtain a seat via the APP (status shown Standby):
      1. Please log in the APP periodically to check the latest check-in status. 
      2. If you still are unable to obtain seats via the APP, please return to CTR 18-8/Staff Counter 1 hour prior to flight departure for the result.
    • In certain circumstances, check-in via EVA AIR App may not be successful. Please proceed to CTR 18-8/Staff Counter to complete your check-in no later than 1 hour prior to flight departure.
    • Important reminders:
      1. Please ensure that the name on your ticket matches exactly with the name on your travel documents.
      2. Cardholders of the Infinity MileageLands membership card or EVA Air co-branded credit card should follow the above check-in process when using ZED SUBLO tickets.
  • For all BR flights departing outside TPE.
    • Check in via the EVA Air App 3 hours to 60 minutes before departure is encouraged, using the passport scanning feature to prevent data input errors.
    • If you have received seat via the APP:
      1. Download e-boarding pass and use it for immigration and boarding process. (Note 1)
      2. You can also check in your luggage at the BAG DROP counter. (Note 2)
    • If you fail to obtain a seat via the APP (status shown Standby), proceed to the Bag Drop counter. If you are unable to complete check-in via EVA AIR App, please proceed to “Check-in” counter (at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport, you can check in at the “Staff” counter). The following steps must also be completed at least 60 minutes before the flight. The steps are as follows:
      1. Present your listing confirmation (issued by myIDTravel) and travel documents (including visas, return/onward ticket if applicable).
      2. If you are unable to complete check-in, please return to the counter at designated time, usually 40 to 60 minutes before the flight departs.
      3. Please patiently follow the instructions of the airport ground staff for further procedures.

    • Regarding standby counter locations: Due to the limitations of airport facilities and customs procedures, ground staff will typically inform you of your designated waiting area and the scheduled time. Please be patient and comply with the instructions of the ground staff.
