Ticketing
flynas is a ticketless carrier, no e-tickets will be
generated; your PNR is your ticket.
Cancellation
Cancellation shall be done thru myIDTravel.
Refunds
Refund requests for wholly unused tickets (no-show
confirmed tickets will not be refunded) should be processed thru
myIDTravel system only; myIDTravel fee will be refunded. Refund
requests for partially used tickets will be processed manually,
kindly send email on rev-acc@flynas.com,
refund process may take 4-8 weeks.
Ticket Pickup
All tickets on flynas will be issued
electronically. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from
myIDTravel after finalizing the booking and a
separate confirmation mail from flynas; for any issues, please
contact myidtravel@flynas.com

carrier, your PNR is your ticket. All you need during check-in is
your PNR, a valid identity document and staff id card (if family
member is travelling without employee, then a copy of valid
employee id card is required during check-in) One bag of 20 kg is
free for check-in Flynas system does not recognize INFT as
PTC, due to which, applicable airport taxes are reflected under
fares and not under Government and passenger taxes.
General: Children under 16 years
cannot travel on a rebate ticket unless accompanied by an adult
travelling on the same type of rebate ticket. Dress code
and Behavior: Eligible Persons travelling under the terms
of this agreement must ensure that their appearance and behavior
are in line with the Transporting Airline’s policy. Eligible
Persons must ensure that no inconvenience is given to commercial
passengers of the Transporting Airline and that ground staff and
cabin crew are not distracted from giving maximum service to such
passengers. As a rule, Eligible Persons should be dressed in
accordance with public standards of good taste. This will normally
mean attire suitable for an office, or smart casual wear. It
excludes jeans, T-shirts, sweat-shirts, shorts, gym shoes, and
similar extremes of casual wear. Failure to observe the regulations
of the Transporting Airline may result in refusal to accept for
travel. Refund Procedure:a. Before flight
departure: Please retrieve your PNR to cancel your
complete booking and request full refund thru myIDTravel.
Processing of refund thru myIDTravel takes approx. 14 days.
b. After Flight Departure:
For partially unused tickets or partial cancellation, kindly
request for refund thru myIDTravel and send email with details to
rev-acc@flynas.comStandby booking will be allowed to cancel and refund after
