Flight listing/booking policy and procedures
- Listing is mandatory. For all myIDTravel Airlines, please use www.myidtravel.com. All others please contact privatreisen@tuifly.com.
- For reservations on X3 please directly choose TUIfly in the Flight Schedule Query and not all airlines to receive a correct answer from our reservations system. You will find more informations about our flights on our web-side www.tuifly.com.
- Listing confirmation will be sent directly to your email adress.
- TUIfly (X3) is a ticketless operating carrier. No tickets will be issued. But please note, additional to the myIDTravel confirmation, you will receive a seperate confirmation/itinerary from us, where the fare is to be seen. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: it is mandatory to have a printout of the X3-confirmation ready at check-in, as the myIDTravel confirmation is not legally binding. Please take care of any conditions of carriage.
- TRAVELPARTNERS are not allowed to travel on their own, only together with the employee during the entire journey. The employee is allowed to take up to two Travelpartners on one journey. Family members and parents are not defined as Travelpartner and may fly on their own.
- Waitinglist for X3-flights is not possible.

- Flights to/from Egypt: as all our flights to/from Egypt are charter flights, it is not allowed to make any listing/booking for a one way flight from Egypt to Germany. This is an Egyption regulation!
Visas and Passports and API
- The necessary travel documents such as passport, visa or vaccination certificates must be acquired and their validity must be checked by the traveller before starting the trip. TUIfly accepts no responsibilty for missing or invalid documents. Fines imposed to TUIfly, resulting from non-compliance with official requirements,will be fully passed on to the traveller.
SSRs
- Reservations of any SSR, like sports equipement, special meals, seat reservations, ect. will be booked against payment of the normal service charge. This is only possible when you are in possession of a confirmed reservation. In this case, please contact privatreisen@tuifly.com and present your reservations code. For stand-by listings this funcitionalities are not possible.
- For holders of TUI Card/Robinson Card and TUI Card Gold/Robinson Card Gold seat reservation is free of charge, according to the TUI Card regulations.
Embargoes
- Please note Embargoes, listed in myIDTravel, using ID Agreements button.
Flights excluded
- Please use myIDTravel, ID Agreements.
Baggage
- All ID travellers have a free baggage allowance of 20 kg.
- Holders of TUI Card Gold/Robinson Card Gold are allowed to carry 30kg, according to the TUI Card regulations.
- For excess baggage the regular full-fare passenger rules apply and it must be paid in full at the normal rates. Check also www.tuifly.com.
Checked baggage
- Acc international standard - it is forbidden to carry items in favour of third parties.
Cabin baggage
- 1 Handluggage, max weight 6 kg (55cm x 40cm x 20cm). Please also check www.tuifly.com.
- Please note that even blunt objects such as golf clubs, baseball bats, tennis racquets etc. cannot be carried in the cabin.
Boarding policy
- According to the priority list/ airline and DOJ
- Please present your ID card or passport
Check-in
- Web/online Check-in is mandatory in any case.
- At the Airport - included for all ID-Travellers.
Check-in times
When not mentioned others, at the latest 60 minutes before your scheduled flight departure.
Cancellations/Refunds:
As X3 operates ticketless, a cancellation only of the reservations-code (Filekey) is sufficient. No tickenumber needs to be cancelled seperatedly. Please be advised, refunds, older than 30 days after the original travel date will not be refunded automatically. In this case please contact: privatreisen@tuifly.com.
Dress code
- All staff travellers must dress in good taste(smart/casual wear)
The following dresses are not permitted in any case:
- Jogging/running/warm-up suits
- Sheer/revealing clothing
- Tank tops
- Bare midriffs
- Micro-mini skirts
- Clothing with offensive terminology/graphics
- Beach clothing/footwear
Special service requests
- Booking of weelchair for handicapped persons is possbile free of charge.
- Seat reservations are only allowed for confirmed reservations. We cannot offer this service for stand-by listings.
- PETC Pet in Cabin
Animals weighing up to 6 kg may be carried in the cabin. They must be carried in a soft, waterproof pet carrier with max. dimensions of 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm.
- AVIH
Cats and dogs weighing more than 6 kg have to be carried in the hold. For the transport in the hold, you have to provide a safe transport container in which the animal has sufficient room to turn around and to stand up. The container may not exceed a maximum height of 83 cm. Only one animal can be carried per transport container.
- Travelling with PETC and AVIH pax is responsible for all document requirements and vaccinations.

Meals/Special Meals
- have to be requested at privatreisen@tuifly.com. Only possible for confirmed ID-bookings against payment of normal service charge, please check www.tuifly.com.
Infant safety seats
- Infants less than two years of age may travel on the lap of a parent or escort unless a certified child restraint system is used. The use of a child restraint system must be registered in our travel management at least one week before departure. A written confirmation / carriage authorization from TUIfly is required for transporting the child restraint system. For reservation please contact privatreisen@tuifly.com. Unaccompanied minors
- Children under 16 years of age may not travel alone unless accompanied by an adult holding a similar type of ticket.
Insurance
- We recommend to purchase a travel insurance (in case of lost baggage, injury or loss of documrents or money,etc.)

- TUIfly operates Boeing 737-800 aircrafts.
