IMPORTANT WARNING
Air Europa - UX flights may undergo changes or
cancellations. Then, ID tickets issued will be updated by UX, with
new flights/dates without prior notice.
For this reason, we recommend ID travellers to check their tickets
issued in advance (days and hours), before travelling, in
their MYIDtravel
app Flight List Section.
Listing Procedures
- Air Europa only accepts electronic tkts for Leisure and Duty travel.
- For Leisure Travel, Zed tkts must be issued in Myidtravel and listing is automatic.
- For Duty Travel, listing is not necessary.
- Ensure a printed copy of the e-ticket can be shown during the check-in process.
- Rebooking: In case of changes in the Zed etk, please proceed to update it before travelling.
- For issues in Myidtravel, please contact: myidtravel@air-europa.com and provide all booking/travel details

Baggage allowance
- Baggage allowance: 1 PC (For adults: 23 KG //for Infants:
10KG).

- Excess baggage charges may be collected by Air Europa - UX, at its discretion, at the applicable fares.
Meals
- When Air Europa offer a catering service with a selection of
dishes, Non revenue Passenger may be fed only if available. Revenue
Passenger will always be fed first.
- Special meals are not available to any standby passengers. If you have specific dietary needs or preferences, you should carry on board your own provisions.
Check-In Procedures
- Zed travellers must provide identity acreditation
- Air Europa - UX ID travellers can get boarding passes on line: www.aireuropa.com, check our website for exceptions.

General
- When Air Europa offers free catering service with a selection of dishes (only in long haul routes), Non revenue Passenger may be offered only if available. Revenue Passenger will always be served first. For flights MAD-TLV-MAD, meals must be paid.
