General Information

  • Transavia France is a ticketless airline. We do not have ticket numbers.
  • Transavia France considers it to be your own responsibility to ensure that you are in the possession of the required passport(s)/travel documents for your destination(s). 
  • Our call Ccentre and our service desks cannot change staff tickets. Every change has to be performed through myIDTravel.

Flight listing policy and procedures

  • Listing is mandatory and is done at the same time with payment and purchasing only on myIDTravel website. 
  • Waiting list is not allowed. 
  • A booking issued on a Transavia France flight (TO) is not available for transportation on a Transavia Netherlands (HV) flight and vice versa.
  • For multi sectors flights as i.e ORY-OPO-FNC, passenger will be checked only for the first sector. Passenger must check in again for the following sector.

  • Flight number between 1xxx to 2999 are excluded (charter and ad-hoc flights)

Change and refund

  • Change and refund must be done on myIDTravel website
  • As Transavia France is a ticketless airline, we do not have ticket numbers.
  • Only change of the date/hour is permitted until last minute check in time.
  • To change your booking, please log on myIDTravel, then choose “PNR retrieval” tab, fill in your booking reference (6 numbers/letters) and your last name, then select the flight you want to change or refund. A route change ORY-LIS into ORY-OPO is not allowed.
  • Refunds, partial and full, must be done by traveler via myidtravel within 3 days after the original departure date. Beyond that time frame please sent a message to myidtravel@fr.transavia.com for a manual refund. It will be processed within 30-50 days.
  • To refund your booking, please log on myIDTravel, then choose “PNR retrieval” tab, fill in your booking reference (6 numbers/letters) and your last name, then select the flight you want to change or refund. In case of partial refund (one flight of booking) the myIDTravel fee will be not refunded.

Baggage allowance

  • Staff ticket includes 1 pieces of hold luggage with the total weight should not be over 20 kgs. 1 piece of hand luggage is included max 10 kgs.
  • The purchase of extra kilo’s can only be done at the airport at the day of departure. Please revert to our Sales&Service Desk.

Behavior and dress code

  • All beneficiaries must be, in all circumstances, discreet, respectful and cooperative with respect to all the staff Company, but also towards commercial customers. The way you are dressed and the way you behave as a duty passenger must not interfere in the quality and the right processing of the service as well towards the commercial customers as towards the staff (on board as on the ground). 
  • Discretion and cooperation with the flight attendants and the ground staff are really appreciated. 
  • The clothing must be correct. 
  • Parents must watch over the way their children are dressed and the way they behave.
