Flight listing policy and procedures
- Listing is required for all TG flights via http://www.myidtravel.com/myidlisting/
- Listing must be made no later than 12 hours before flight departure.
Due to the importance of correct catering levels and reliable priority lists, TG does not accept double-listings.
It is not permitted to hold a standby listing and a confirmed ticket on the same flight.
In case your travel plans change, cancellation must be made no later than 3 hours before flight departure .
Check-in
Please contact check-in counter; online and mobile check-in are unavailable for ID passengers.
Check-in counter at Suvarnabhumi International Airport
- For International Flight, please present yourself at Check-in Counter H18-H19 at least 50 minutes before departure time.
- For Domestic Flight, please present yourself at Check-in Counter B17 at least 40 minutes before departure time.

Dress code
Requirement for ID passengers travelling on TG :
Eligible Persons traveling under the terms of this Agreement must ensure that their appearance and behavior are in line with the Transporting Airline's policy.
Eligible Persons must ensure that no inconvenience is given to commercial passengers of the Transporting Airline and that ground staff and cabin crew are not distracted from giving maximum service to such passengers.
Unacceptable Dress Code
- Tank top, beach clothes, beach shoes,
- Clothes with tears, rips or holes
- Shorts (of any length), leggings, miniskirts
- Clothes with questionable/offesive wording or graphics
- Overly revealing or sheer clothes, including bare midriffs
- Any type of flip-flops, or any "V" style sandals which slide between the toes
Failure to observe the regulations of the Transporting Airline may result in refusal to accept to travel.
Embargoes
TG will impose an embargo on R1 tickets during the heavy booking periods.
The embargo will be on January, April and December of every year on following routes until further announcement:
Intercontinental : Copenhagen, Frankfurt, London, Melbourne, Munich, Paris, Stockholm, Sydney, Zurich
Regional : Beijing, Chengdu, Fukuoka, Guangzhou, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Hong Kong, Kaohsiung, Kunming, Manila, Nagoya, Osaka, Phnom Penh, Sapporo, Seoul, Shanghai, Siem Reap, Taipei, Tokyo Haneda, Tokyo Narita, Vientiane, Yangon
Domestic : All Routes
Flights excluded
All codeshare flights not operated by THAIAIRWAYS aircraft
