Free Baggage Allowance Policy
For ZED/MIBA tickets the following allowance will be applied:
- 2 pieces in business class up to 32 kg each
- 1 piece in economy class up to 23 kg
1 piece = up to 158cm in the sum of three dimensions, applied for adults and children (age 2-12)
For infants – 1 piece = up to 10 kg and 115 cm regardless the class.

Carry-on Baggage
- Economy class and Comfort class – one baggage piece up to 10 kg;
- Business class – one baggage piece up to 15 kg.
The maximum dimensions for one carry-on item for all service classes are: 55 cm in length, 40 cm in width, 25 cm in height.

Flight listing policy and procedures
Listing is necessary for all flights (if GDS of your airline is different from Sirena-Travel).

The following iformation is to be provided:
-Name
-position/title (or relationship to the employee in case of family member's travel)
-ID number
-Date of hire
-travel details (dates/flights/itinerary)
-ticket number
Check-in at airport
ID travelers are recomended to check-in at airport at self-service kiosks
FOR STAND-BY TRAVELERS
Listing number and family name (as it's shown in listing) must
be entered in the kiosk to get the boarding pass. Please note that
the boarding pass is given without a seat number, but still the
passenger is already on priority list of the flight.
NB! passenger must apply to the check-in counter no later than 45
min before the departure time to get a seat assignment (the
boarding pass without a seat will be exchanged to the boarding pass
with a seat, printed on it).
FOR DUTY TRAVELERS
Duty travelers get the boarding pass with the seat assignment and
may proceed directly to the gate.
FOR ALL ID TRAVELERS:
All employees should proceed to the check-in counter in following
cases:
- To check-in
baggage (if there is no bag-drop at the airport);
- duty travelers,
whose travel is not confirmed (holding tickets with HL, WL, DS
status)
- to handle upgrade
if it’s incorporated in the ticket (for duty trip only – if it is
provisioned in the agreement);
- if there is no
seat assignment in the boarding pass (for stand by
travelers);
- self-service
check-in kiosk is out of order.
