  12. Domestic flights close 40 minutes prior, we recommend passengers check-in 1 hour prior to departure 
  13. Regional/International flights close 50 minutes prior,we recommend check-in 2-3 hours prior to departure
  14. The Dress code is smart casual for staff travellers using ZED travel on SAA. Travellers must be neat, clean,well-groomed and presentable at all times. South African Airways reserves the right not to accept any ZED passenger for travel who does not conform to an acceptable and presentable dress code.
  15. Travel insurance is advised for medical travel insurance that provides cover for their entire journey, and all unforeseen expenditure, from their time of departure from their origin until their time of arrival at the end of their journey.
  16. Unaccompanied minors are not accepted on ZED tickets, travellers must be older than 16 years old to travel on their own.
  17. Passport, visa, health and entry requirements are the responsibility of the traveller. Ensure documents are valid :passports, visas, health certificates, inoculations are arranged before dates of travel. SAA will not be held liable for these costs.
  18. All travellers must ensure that they check the current Health Requirements when travelling to ensure they have the necessary tests in regards to Country Health requirements at the time of travel i.e. Yellow Fever on return from some countries and on arrival back into South Africa etc 
  19. Embargoes are placed in peak demand periods if necessary, and will be updated from time to time.
