Flight listing policy and procedures
- Listing is required for any IET and NIET ID standby travel on RO flights. Please list for RO flights via e-mail to Interline Staff Office, Mrs. Irina Buse, e-mail: biletezed@tarom.ro , phone: 00.40.2.1204.18.00 from Monday to Friday, 08.00-16.00.
- Listing is mandatory for all IET travel on RO flights!

Visas and Passports and API
- Please remember that for international travel, each passenger must have a valid passport, and must have relevant visas for the destination, and for scheduled points en route, in case off-loading becomes necessary.

- Not applicable on RO flights.

- All RO code share flights not operated by RO.
Baggage
Checked baggage
- One free standard piece/passanger , weight max.23kg and size ( L+W+H) 158 cm.
- Note: Infants not occupying a seat: 1 piece max. 10 kg, size 115 cm+ 1 collapsible stroller.
- The free checked baggage allowance for infant cannot be combined with the free checked baggage alowance for adult. The excess of the free checked baggage allowance given for the infant will result in application of Excess baggage charges, for details please consult webpage: www.tarom.ro.
Cabin baggage
Business/ Economy Cabin:
- 1 piece of hand baggage, size: 55x35x25cm,
- 1 personal item: 1handbag/ purse or 1 briefcase or 1 camera bag or 1 laptop or 1 item of a smaller or similar size of those above.
- Total weight max.10 kg
Boarding policy
Check-in
- In addition to regular procedures for non-revenue passengers the following will be applied:
- registration must be completed before standard check-in closure;
- validity of ticket and company ID card must be shown
- identity of the ticket must corresponf with the identity on the company ID card ( for staff ) or passport ( for dependents ) whichever is applicable.

Check-in times
- For all the TAROM flights, we recommend passengers arriving at the airport for check-in procedures at least 45 minutes before the departure time. Passengers who do not arrive in due time for check-in procedures lose their righ travel on that flight..
Through check-in
- Through check-in Through check-in is not available to standby (or "space available") passengers. When planning your trip, please ensure you leave yourself enough time to land and check-in again at any intermediate point.
Dress code
- Staff and their family members shall:
- behave discretel, not revealing their airline affiliation to other passengers;
- not place any special demands on their own or third carrier;s other services on the ground or in flight;
- give priority to revenue passengers at all times ( ticketing desk, check-in, boarding, etc.)
- be appropriately dressesd for the respective class of travel.

Special service requests
- No special service requirement is permitted when travelling on standby travel.
Special meals
- It is not possible to pre-book special meals for non-revenue passengers.
Seat requests
- Seat requests are not permitted on Staff Travel.
Infant safety seats
- Use of a safety seat for an infant is not permitted.
Unaccompanied minors
- Children under 16 years cannot travel on a rebate ticket unless accompanied by an adult travelling on the same type of rebate ticket.
