Introduction

Royal Jordanian welcomes interline colleagues travelling on our flights. Here are some tips to help to make your journey with us pleasant and enjoyable

Flight listing

Listing is mandatory. Listing is automatically created when purchasing your e-ticket. If your original travel listing date has passed, you must access your ticket on myIDTravel and list again for your new travel date. Once the payment is validated, you will automatically receive an itinerary receipt by email.

Business Space Available:

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience for everyone, we kindly request that you issue your standby business class tickets at least one day before your scheduled departure. This proactive step will help avoid any last-minute inconveniences at the airport and ensure that your travel plans proceed as smoothly as possible.

* Families with infants are not eligible to travel in business cabins. Children under 15 and those above the age of two must be accompanied by an adult when they fly in business cabins.

Refund

Refund requests for unused tickets will be processed automatically through myIDTravel and the myIDTravel fee will be refunded. The myIDTravel fee is not refundable for partially used tickets.

RJ Employees:

Cancelling a PNR does not automatically refund a ticket. To refund a ticket, use your e-ticket number and select the refund option. Tickets can be refunded up to 365 days from the date of original ticket issuance through myIDTravel. If you still face a problem with a refund, please contact staff.travel@rj.com

Partner Employees:

For partner employees who issue there is no space in business class and you have a standby business class seat available, ticket holders who accepted economy seats may request a refund up to one month after the trip date, and a downgrade refund from business to economy may be requested. In this case, please email Interlinestafftravel@rj.com a copy of your ticket number and boarding pass. Except with some airlines, such as QR,SV, no class difference is possible. We usually do not respond to downgrade refund requests via email; instead, we refund the amount to the credit card originally used to issue the ticket within two to four weeks of the request date if the case is valid. However, if you did not receive the difference in amount returned into your credit card, please write us a request for assistance.

Note: Downgrade refunds will not be accepted or processed for partner airlines that do not offer this facility on a reciprocal basis. Staff members are advised to consult with their Airline's Staff Travel department for further clarification.
