Visas and Passports

  • Employee must present Company Identification as well as one piece of valid government-issued identification that includes a photograph and the passenger's name, date of birth, and gender, or two pieces of valid government-issued identification showing the passenger's name, date of birth, and gender, without photographs.
  • Persons travelling to and from the United States are required to present a valid passport. Citizens of countries other than Canada and the United States should contact their consulate or embassy for boarding requirements.

Baggage

Dress Code and Behavior

  • Eligible Persons dressed in a neat well groomed appearance.  While styles and tastes vary, Porter expects those travelling on leisure to be neat and tidy and all clothing clean and in good repair.
  • The following limited list describes the clothing items that are NOT appropriate for travel:
  1. Any type of work-out clothing including jogging suits, sweat pants, rugby pants or sports   attire
  2. Flip flop sandals
  3. T-shirts with offensive graphics
  • Jeans, running shoes, baseball caps are examples of casual clothing that will be permitted.  Failure to observe the regulations will result in refusal in travel.
