Visas and Passports and API
- It is an employee responsibility to obtain visa before travel (if visa necessary). In absence of visa, boarding can be denied.
- If travel contains some stopovers, ID ticket holder may be offloaded in order to give seat to a full-fare passenger. Therefore, you should have all necessary travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) for every country where a stopover is forseen.
Flights excluded
- There are no embargoes on OU routes.
Baggage
- Same baggage allowance as for full fare passengers applies
- Excess baggage – the regular full-fare passengers rule apply and it must be paid in full. Pls check www.croatiaarlines.hr
Checked baggage
- Same baggage rules applies as for regular full-fare passengers. Pls check www.croatiaairlines.hr
- The carriage of baggage of ID travellers is also subject to the space availability and any weight restrictions which may apply to the flight.
- Excess baggage: the regular full-fare passengers rules apply and it must be paid in full at the normal rates.
Cabin baggage

Check-in
- Passenger must check-in at least 60min before departure. A delayed check-in may cause a refusal of the access for a flight.
Through check-in
- Through check-in is not available to stand-by passengers.
- When planning your trip, please ensure you leave yourself enough time to land and check-in again at any intermediate point.
Dress code and behaviour
- Eligible Persons travelling must ensure that their appearance and behaviour are in line with the Croatia Airlines policy. Eligible persons must ensure that no inconvenience is given to commercial passengers of the Transporting Airline and that ground staff and cabin crew are not distracted from giving maximum service to such passengers. As a rule, Eligible persons should be dressed in accordance with public standards of good taste. This will normally mean anttire suitable for an office, or smart casual wear. It excludes jeans, T-shirts, sweat-shirts, shorts, gym shoes and similar extremes of casual wear. Failure to observe the regulations may result in refusal to travel.
Special meals

Seat requests
- Seat requests are not permitted on ID Travel
Unaccompanied minors
- Children under 16 years cannot travel on an ID ticket unless accompanied by an adult travelling on the same type of ID ticket.
