Listing with myIDTravel is mandatory for all flights.

Visas and Passports:
Employee must present Company Identification in conjunction with one piece of valid government issued identification that includes a photograph, passengers name, date of birth and gender or two pieces of valid government issued identification with same criteria as above without photograph.

Baggage Allowance:
- Checked baggage:
Passengers are permitted to check a maximum of two (2) pieces of baggage.
Combined weight of both pieces must not exceed 100 lbs.
Each individual piece may NOT exceed 50 lbs.
Maximum linear dimensions not to exceed 62 inches or 158 cm.
All checked baggage will travel space available and will be given last priority to travel, as all confirmed baggage and cargo/freight will be transported before any standyby baggage.
- Carry-on:
Passengers are subject to the same carry-on limitation as confirmed passengers, with no exception. These limitations are approved by Transport Canada and can be found on the Calm Air website: Carry-on Baggage | Calm Air International LP
Boarding Policy:
Non-revenue passengers will board last.
Dress Code:
Eligible personnel and guests travelling under Calm Air flight benefits are expected to be well-groomed and are permitted to wear casual attire for travel purposes on space available flights.
Unacceptable attire as defined below is not permitted at any time.
- Any type of athletic or leisure attire (leggings will be permitted provided they are paired with a long top or dress)
- Casual flip-flops (dressy style will be permitted)
- Provocative tight fitting, revealing, sheer/ see-through clothing
- Tank tops, or tops that expose the midriff
- Clothing with offensive terminology/ graphics
- Skirts/ shorts shorter than 3 inches above from the knee
- Any type of cut-off clothing including those with ragged edges or holes
- Jeans with rips or holes in them
Unaccompanied Minors:
Calm Air will not transport Unaccompanied minors.
