An employee and/or eligible beneficiaries shall be responsible
for obtaining, at their expense, all documents necessary for the
journey. These include passport, visas, permits, etc.
The issuance of S/L tickets will be subject to the rules governing
the granting of visas by the appropriate consulates. Employees
and/or eligible beneficiaries travelling to any destination without
valid visas/permits/travel documents will bear the cost of such
infringement as may be defined by the appropriate authorities. In
addition the company reserves the right to take appropriate
disciplinary action.
All employees and their eligible beneficiaries when
travelling together or separately on any Air Mauritius flight,
either on duty or personal travel, are required to dress and
behave appropriately, to ensure that their appearance
and demeanour in no way is found objectionable or offensive by
other passengers. Employees and their eligible
beneficiaries are required to wear clean clothes and be
well-groomed when checking-in for any Air Mauritius flight. (Smart
Casual, i.e. no shorts, no T shirts or leisure footwear) In case of
non-conformity, boarding may be denied
