Flight listing policy and procedures

  • if you are MYIDTRAVEL system user your listing is done automatically when you purchase tickets.
  • if you are not using MYIDTRAVEL , please send us mail to keshetsnow@elal.co.il  with ticket number and flights details.

baggage

id passengers benefit from the same baggage allowance as commercial passengers. please check our website www.elal.com prior to departure.

 

  • Related to the ZED bag rule -EL AL offers free bag allowance to their ID Traveler as follows:.  

        1 Piece x23kg

visas and passports

travelling staff/family should ensure that they hold valid passport and relevant visas for their intended destination and/or scheduld point on route , in case off-loading becomes necessary. in the absence of valid passport/visa passengers may be denied boarding.

boarding policy

according the priority list/airlibe and DOJ.

ly staff will have a higher priority over other airline staff holding ZED tickets.

ticketing

employees are requested to purchase all tickets required for the entire journey before departure from base. tickets must be issued by your employing carrier ( except MYIDTRAVEL users ). ELAL will not reissue tickets for employees of other airlines.

special service requests

pre-booking special meals for id passengers are not possible.

pre-booking seats are not available for id passengers.

dress code and behavior

employees must ensure that no inconvenience is given to commercial passengers.

employees may use Zed tickets for private travel only not business travel.

parents must watch over the way their children's dress and behavior.

staff travelling under the terms of this agreement must ensure that their appearance and behavior are in accordance with the transporting airline policy. they must ensure that no inconvenience is given to commercial passengers of the transporting airline and that ground staff and cabin crew are not distracted from giving maximum service to such passengers.

as a rule , staff should be dressed in accordance with public standards of good taste.

the following are not permitted:

sheer/revealing clothing , cloting with offensive terminology/graphics , beach clothing/footwear , shorts ( except for children ).
