We  are  a  ticketless airline ( no ticket number will be  send to you just the reservation number).

For any question , please  send  us  an e-mail to myidtravel@arkia.co.il .

 

 Important  notices :  

 

1- For Arkia airlines , always choose  the airline  " Arkia "   first  and  not from " All  airlines " .

2 - For Domestic flights ( TLV  - ETM - TLV ) on Stand by basis ( R2, S2...)  , kindly choose any flight with green faces or yellow faces ( do not choose a red face and sad face ) and  you can go and try any flight at same day . Station employees  are  waiting for you and  will  help all of you!

***** Meanwhile just  for  Domestic flights  there  is  a  problem issuing tickets from  MYIDTRAVEL . Kindly  send  an  e-mail  to  myidtravel@arkia.co.il  and  we will issue  for you  the  ticket.

3 - There is no rebooking with our airline but ... the money will  be  return to your credit card in few days once you cancel the reservaton.

Check In Procedure

Airlines  employees will arrive at  airport check in as all  other passengers and introduce themselves as airline employee and follow instruction by the ground service staff .

Supervisor will advice when and how they will  be  accepted to the flight.

Dress code

  • Eligible Persons travelling under the terms of this agreement must ensure that their appearance and behaviour are in line with the Transporting Airline’s policy. Eligible Persons must ensure that no inconvenience is given to commercial passengers of the Transporting Airline and that ground staff and cabin crew are not distracted from giving maximum service to such passengers.
  • As a rule, Eligible Persons should be dressed in accordance with public standards of good taste. This will normally mean attire suitable for an office, or smart casual wear.
  • Eligible Persons on Cokpit if approved  by the Captain should not wear : T-shirts,  shorts, gym shoes, Sandals and dresses and similar extremes of casual wear.Failure to observe the regulations of the Transporting Airline may result in refusal to accept for travel.
