Listing procedures:
All listing must be done via myidtravel only.
Embargoes:
GOL may apply embargoes for specific dates or routes at its own discretion.
Embargoes are always displayed on MyIDTravel website, under ID Agreements section.
Included/excluded flights:
Included flights: All regular and extra flights operated on GOL's own aircraft
Excluded flights: Charter flights and Codeshare flights (that is, operated by another airline)
We have removed codeshare flights from the flight availability page when G3-GOL carrier code is specified during MyIDTravel booking process.
MyIDTravel website usage:
- Your employing carrier will assist on the usage of the myidtravel website, as it may contain customizations unknown to the transporting carrier.
- Error messages on MyIDTravel website:
- Take a screenshot as soon as you get an error message and send it to myidtravel@voegol.com.br describing which action(s) you intended to do, preferrably using your corporate e-mail.
- If using a personal e-mail, identify yourself with your full name and employing airline.
- We are unable to assist without minimum context.
Dresscode:
In general, ZED passegners must maintain a high standard of dress and grooming: you should be clean, neat, and conservative.
In all situations, local airport team judgement will prevail.
Do not attempt to board with
- Ripped, torn or holes in clothing
- Flip-flops or bare feet
- Clothes with offensive and/or controverse image and/or slogans
- Sleepwear
- Beachwear
- Leggings
- Overly revealing clothes
Check-in:
You can now check-in online for most of our flights 48 hours before the departure time.
GOL App is available at the Apple App Store or Google Play.
GOL counters at the airport close one hour before departure.
Ticket usage:
Coupons must be used in the order they were issued.
Tickets issued on or after 03/january/2025 with coupons that have been used out of order are ineligble for refunds of the remaining coupons, regardless if the ticket is standby or confirmed.
Baggage Information:
Applicable for all ZED travel on GOL (regardless of ticket type [confirmed/space available/crew repositioning] and travel mode [leisure/duty])
Free Carry-On

Baggage pooling (joining the checked baggage allowance of two or more persons to make up for one baggage piece over 23,0 kg) is not allowed on any GOL flight

Excess baggage fees
Available on GOL website under "Excesso de Bagagem" for excess weight, or under "Checked Baggage" for extra pieces of luggage.
ZED travellers may purchase extra luggage pieces before travel by calling GOL reservations center.
Unused extra pre-paid checked baggage pieces are refundable if requested on GOL reservations center before you board the flight.
The excess price will be automatically calculated by our Sabre PSS according to the weight of the baggage pieces you present at the counter.
Boarding the flight:
You and your fellow travelers are expected to comply with all instructions given by the gate agents.
Stand-by/Space Available tickets:
- Wait near the gate for revenue customers to board first.
- If seats are available, they will be assigned near the end of the boarding process. GOL employees will be seated first.
- There is limited space for hand luggage onboard and you may be requested to check your bag at the gate.
Confirmed tickets:
- Your boarding pass will show your boarding group.
Travelling with family or a large party:
- Manage their expectations before arriving at the airport.
- You should have alternative plans for your travel in case there are no seats available for your group.
- Even if there are seats available for everyone, we cannot guarantee your group will be seated together.
Onboard:
- Follow all crew instructions.
- Refrain from asking for revenue customers to swap seats.
- MyIDTravel tickets are not eligible for travel on jump seats even if you are a flight attendant or pilot.
Rebooking:
- You must use the self-service rebooking functions on MyIDTravel website.
- In certain situations, you might need to cancel your booking first and create a new booking with your existing ticket.
- Refrain from asking airport agents to rebook your travel unless you are unable to rebook at MyIDTravel website.
Refunds:
- Cancel your reservation and request the refund in MyIDTravel.
- Canceling the reservation, but not requesting a refund of the ticket is not sufficient for the refund to be processed.
- Your refund is now processed automatically as soon as you request your ticket refund here on the MyIDTravel platform. You don't need to send an email to GOL anymore to request refunds.
- It can take up to 60 days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.
- If you issued a confirmed ticket, we can only refund you if you request a refund 72h before the departure of the first coupon. Duplicate bookings standby+confirmed for the same flight on the same date is considered abuse of GOL's inventory, subject to cancellation with no previous notification, and will be reported to the employing airline.
