GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Only Staff, spouse and children up to the age of 23 are eligible.
2. For offline/Non MACS stations the time frame for relisting/cancellation & refund is 12hrs prior to departure to 72hrs post standard departure time of the flight. For such stations, in case you are unable to travel on a listed flight, please make a new listing for your revised flight. If you do not intend to travel the original listing, it can be submitted for cancellation & refund post departure window.
3. Cancellations
Cancellation of listing on myID Travel results in the auto refund request. A cancelled booking would not hold good for re-enlisting.
4. Refunds
Refund requests for wholly unused tickets (no-show confirmed tickets will not be refunded) will be processed automatically and the myIDTravel fee will be refunded.
5. Baggage
- Economy: 20 Kgs and 1 PC
- Business: 30 Kgs and 1 PC
6. Refunds
Refund requests for partially used tickets will be processed manually and may take some more time.
Refunds will not be issued for the mylD Travel fee for any ticket if travel on one or more of the segments has been completed (partially used tickets).
No refund for a multi passenger booking which is partially utilized i.e. one of the passenger is flown and the rest un-flown. No refund for un-flown passengers in such cases.
In case of an aircraft downgrade where flight no longer operates Business class, passenger can either cancel the current booking in Business class and put the same for refund or else passenger can voluntarily chooses to travel on Economy class while holding Business class booking. There won’t be any downgrade refunds for class difference in case passenger chooses to voluntarily downgrade.
