General Information
- All Fiji Airways bookings via myIDTravel are issued as e-tickets. Fiji Airways e-tickets are valid for 90days from the date of issue. Listing is mandatory for Fiji Airways flights and will be created at the time of booking.
- Economy is the only class operated by FJ for Fiji Domestic and International.
- Paid seat selection is not available for rebate travel. Purchased upgrades however is available once staff is accepted for travel.
- Pre-paid extra baggage is not available but can be purchased at the airport, once staff member is accepted/confirmed for travel
- Infants do not get a separate baggage allowance. An infant and/or child is permitted to carry a stroller and/or car seat free of charge. You may refer to conditions of carriage available on FJ website
- Meal selection is not available, for example vegetarian, allergy-free meals.
- On successful completion of your booking an itinerary receipt will be forwarded to you via email.
- Please ensure you have a copy of your Fiji Airways itinerary receipt for travel on FJ operated services as a standard requirement for Immigration and Customs
- Please remember to keep a record of your e-ticker(s) and booking reference. These are required for rebooking, cancellation or refund requests via myIDTravel
- During periods of high commercial demand, Fiji Airways may temporarily exclude (embargo) flights for interline staff travelers
- On loading/re-grading of staff will be done at closeout of flight subject to loadings/space available, by boarding priority then by date of joining (DOJ)
Refunds:
- Refund requests for wholly and partially unused tickets will be semi-automated and can take up to 30days from receipt of refund request via myIDTravel.
- E-tickets with an issue date exceeding one (1) year are not eligible for refund.
- You must provide your employee carrier, employee person's name and ticket number.
Baggage Policy
Fiji Airways baggage for rebate passengers is the same as commercial economy class-please refer to fijiairways.com for current economy checked/carry-on baggage allowances.
Boarding policy
- Employees of other airlines and their eligible travelers will be accommodated on Fiji Airways at priority "ZED", after Fiji Airways own employees and their dependents on personal travel.
- If Fiji Airways is not able to accommodate you on the flight requested, our agents will "list" you to the next Fiji Airways operating flight.
Check-in
- International flights: 90-120 minutes prior to scheduled departure time
- Domestic flights: 60-75 minutes prior to scheduled departure time
- Through check-in is not available to staff travelers on standby travel. You will need to complete check-in at the Airport. When planning your journey, make sure that you leave yourself enough time to de-plane and check-in again for your next flight.
Code of Conduct
- Employees must ensure that no inconvenience is given to Fiji Airways commercial passengers and that ground staff and cabin crew are not distracted from giving maximum service to such passengers.
- Employees may use ZED tickets for personal pleasure travel only. ZED tickets may not be used for any kind of business-related travel.
- ZED tickets are not transferable. They may not be sold, purchased, donated, traded, or exchanged for goods or services.
- Employees must not discuss with revenue passengers the costs or conditions of their reduced rate ticket.
- Employees must cooperate fully with instructions and decisions given by FJ employees on duty. Incidents of unfair or improper treatment should be reported to Fiji Airways via the employee’s staff travel office, not by the employee directly to FJ.
- After checking in at the airport, employees must remain clear of the ticket lift desk or service center until they are called by name to receive a seat assignment.
- When given a boarding pass, employees must board as soon as directed and take their assigned seat. Employees must not ask other passengers to move to improve their seating. If asked to change seats, change cabin, or to deplane, employees must do so quickly and quietly.
- Employees may consume alcohol beverage moderately while in-flight, however, employees traveling in uniform will not be served alcoholic beverages.

Dress Code
When travelling on Fiji Airways services, rebate travelers must maintain a high standard of dress and grooming and are required to wear acceptable standard of dress. Generally speaking you need to be neat, clean and conservative .
Not acceptable: Tracksuits, jeans with cut-off and frayed hems, designer holes etc., singlet’s, bare midriffs, strapless tops/dresses, overly revealing clothing, rubber thongs/flip flops or bare feet. Any extremes of leisure wear, including sweatshirts or t-shirts with questionable graphics or language.
Booking :
Flight listing is required for travel on FJ services by selecting the ‘Existing Ticket/Book or
List’ tab via myIDTravel.
Ticketing :
Go to MyIDTravel.com to retrieve your PNR and ticket number
Cancellation :
Go to MyIDTravel.com to retrieve your PNR to cancel your flight segment.
Refunds :
Please submit refund application via myIDTravel refund tab.
