Refunds
- Tickets that are partially or completely unused can be automatically processed via the myIDTravel system.
- In the event you are not accepted in Air India Business when traveling on a Subload/Firm Business ticket, you may request for a refund if applicable of the difference between cabin booked and cabin travelled. You must request a refund within 3 months of the last flown flight. Refunds requested later than 3 months cannot be processed. For Downgrade refunds you may send an email to myidtravelrefunds@airindia.com with your subject line as claiming downgrade refunds.
