Instructions
- There is an email provided that is provided 24 hours a day to ensure other airline employees or dependants can receive a quick response standby confirmation number. The email is oatravel@boutiqueair.com. Someone will be able to respond in a matter of minutes with a confirmation number upon providing other airline badge number for verification or photograph of ID, name, DOB, phone, email, and requested flights.
- Other Airline employee or dependent can arrive at the airport with either an employee badge if the employee is traveling. If the dependent is the only traveler, they may provide a photo or copy of their employee who is providing the travel benefit.

Check In Process
Standby confirmations will be able to be used on our mobile website for a retrieval of a mobile boarding pass. We also are able to accommodate members of the TSA Pre-Check program if the Known Traveler Number is provided to one of our booking agents.
Printable at home boarding passes are also able to be retrieved by using the confirmation number on our 'Manage Travel' portal on our website.
At the airport check in is also available.
Baggage
All baggage policies apply. Boutique Air does not charge for baggage and will accommodate all additional out of guarantee baggage amount at the best of our ability when space is available. Please refer to our baggage policies on our website at https://www.boutiqueair.com/p/baggage.
Dress Code
The dress code on Boutique Air is casual. Neat and well-groomed appearance is expected. Employees and their eligible travelers are expected to make their best judgement when dressing for travel.
**Traveling With Animals
Small/lap-sized animals are allowed on board at no additional charge and should be placed in a soft-sided carrying case for carriage on the passenger's lap for the duration of the flight. Larger dogs are accommodated to the best of Boutique Air's ability at the pilot's discretion and should be prepared for flying by wearing a short quick-release collar. Assistance animals, Emotional Support Animals, and law enforcement animals are also accommodated to the best of Boutique Air's ability in accordance with the aforementioned policy.
