Flight listing policy and procedures

  • All listing must be done via myIDTravel. For issues during the listing process please send a message to passbureau@silverairways.com.
  • All Silver Airways tickets issued via myIDTravel are e-ticketed. All tickets are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.  All non-revenue travel on Silver Airways requires a listing which is automatically generated when booking via myIDTravel.  You will automatically receive an email Travel Confirmation from Silver Airways that will include your e-ticket receipt and your Travel Reservation in PDF formats. If you encounter any issues during the listing process please send an email to passbureau@silverairways.com
  • Listing is mandatory on Silver Airways flights which is automatically created when purchasing your eticket or listing via myIDTravel. Please check with your own airline if additional steps are required to list. If you’re original travel listing date has passed, please access myIDTravel and list again for your new travel date. 
  • All changes, cancellations, and refunds request must be process via myIDTravel this also includes all listing that are not issued on Silver Airways 449 ticket stock. Booking, Listing, and changes can be accoomplished through
